The Folkeurópa Records has released the album called Lili' s Songs made Albert Mohácsy and MagyarVista Social Club featuring Balázs and the Balázs Bágyi Quartet. A few CD promotion concerts are being organized for the next year.
October
Second album called Icicles of the Eastern Boundary Quartet was released by Konnex Records from Berlin, getting numerous appreciative reviews world wide.
September
Drums and dulcimer duo of Balázs and Daniel P. Szabó played several times at "Historical Culture Mix" organized by Székesfehérvár City. Tibor Tímár took some pictures at one of the concerts.
August
The Balázs Bágyi Quartet has played before such well respected artist of the international jazz scene as George Duke, Dennis Chambers and Tomy Campbell on the 2nd Hungarian Jazz Day held on the "Sziget Festival". The event was organized by the Hungarian Jazz Federation. Photos were taken by Mihaly Schneider and Balázs gave a short interview for D1 TV.
June
After 2009 Balázs has played in the USA again. This time he performed with the Collaboration Trio on the Preserve Jazz Festival organized by Eric Essix. The band was hosted by Birmingham (AL) City, traveling costs were sponsored by Szekesfehervar City and EJA.

After the trio arrived home a press meeting was organized by Szekesfehervar City featuring Balázs and Tamás Vargha.
